The following items are subject to the bulky goods surcharge:
- Skis
- Ski poles
- Workbenches
- Cross-country ski pole bags

The bulky goods surcharge is only due once per order.
For bulky goods + express, the express shipping costs are due for each individual bulky goods item.
The calculation takes place automatically in the shopping cart!

For customers outside the EU:

Customs clearance charges apply to shipments outside the EU. These are already included in the postage flat rate. Not included is the respective VAT of the country as well as a possible handling fee of the delivering transport company.
